How do I register my new activation key ? |

Go to www.promegasystems.com and click on “Downloads” on the blue bar to the left of the page. You will notice that if you hover over the product you want to register, and click, “Do NOT buy”, this will take you to the registration form. Please note that if this is a new key that you are registering, you will need to choose “upgrade”. Follow the instructions and you will be prompted to put in your key. |

Can I use the same key for more than 1 PC ? |

Yes, as long as you have purchased a multi user licence then you only need 1 activation key for each PC . Please note however that the key will only activate the corect product purchased, ie Internet Security. |

First of all check that you are downloading the same product that you have purchased. If your still have problems, then check to make sure you have uninstalled all previous antivirus products. Then register your activation key again. Please note: It may be necessary to re-boot your computer before starting the re-install. I have a problem when installing Bitdefender. When it comes to starting services I get an error message saying 'Service 'Bitdefender scan server' (BDSS) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.' |

Check that you are registering the same product that you have purchased. If this is the case, then you may need to get the key checked for verification. Please email sales@promegasystems.com and we will check the key for you and email the answer as soon as we can. |

No, you will not get this automatically. You can however copy to a disk when you register your key, or you can order a copy which will be at an additional cost from Promega Systems Ltd. |
